    The Imperial II Guitar is an adaptation of the Fodera Imperial II Bass design emphasizing ergonomics and modern playability.
     
    This new silhouette is a platform that lends itself to customization with different ingredients and configurations.
    Featuring a  Neck-through construction on a single cutaway design, the Imperial II Guitar provides an unparalleled playing experience.

    The Monarch Custom was designed with comfort and playability in mind. With its compact body and ergonomically carved lines, the Monarch gives you a broken-in-feel right out of the case. Its uniquely carved Dovetail neck joint also gives you uninhibited access to the upper frets while having a rounded profile great for bends and chordal playing in the upper registers. Finally, the Monarch's 25 1/8" scale length provides the perfect balance of tension and string response.

    You can choose your wood and pickup combinations, including a wide variety of topwoods such as Koa, Redwood, and Quilted Maple, all at no up-charge. Additionally, the Monarch Custom features interchangeable pickup routes allowing you the opportunity to convert your guitar from P90s to single coils to humbuckers with no additional routing.

    Fodera Hardtail Bridge

    Our proprietary bridge is machined out of a special brass allow that provides great warmth and body to the note while also remaining articulate with great sustain. It also allows the player to have their strings top loaded or strung through the body.

     

     

     

    Flexible Control Layouts

    By providing extra room in the electronics cavity, players have the options of Vol/Tone/Tone with a 3-way switch (or 5-way for 3 pickup configuration) or designing their own control layout that best suits your playing style.

     

     

     

    Dovetail Neck

    Our Dovetail neck joint gives the Monarch Custom a robust body to neck connection but is hand carved for comfort. By rounding over the edges of the heel, you'll feel a seamless transition to the upper frets of the guitar.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    The Emperor Custom is characterized by its retro-rock look. It also incorporates a unique pickup layout and switching system providing players with a familiar tonal palette while at the same time offers additional tonal flexibility.

    The Emperor's 25.5" scale length provides the perfect balance of tension and string response.

    The Imperial Guitar, our single cut offering, combines the classic thick rich tone of guitars from the 50’s updated with modern aesthetic, playability, and construction techniques. Using only premium hand-selected tone woods, these guitars provide a rich and resonant tone that is somewhat traditional but with added clarity thanks to the untraditional 3-piece neck and Dovetail neck joint. Handcrafted in Brooklyn, NY, the Imperial line of guitars offers players the opportunity to chose their own wood combinations. Whether you are looking for a vintage inspired sound or something more non-traditional and unique, the Imperial guitar can be crafted to your specific needs.

    Heel-less Dovetail Neck Joint

    The Imperial Guitar features our unique Dovetail neck joint which provides the tone and response of a set-neck with uninhibited access to the upper frets. The heel has been carved in such a way that transitioning from the nut to the heel of the guitar is smooth and effortless.

     

     

     

    Brass Inset Tailpiece
    All Imperial Guitar models feature a TonePro ABR bridge with Nylon Saddles for a sweeter tone when playing near the bridge and smoother tuning. Our made-in-house tailpiece features a solid brass bar that has been inset into a fingerboard-matching shell adding sustain and mass to the guitar.

     

     


    ThroBak SLE-101 MXV P.A.F. Humbuckers
    These vintage-accurate reproduction humbuckers from ThroBak Electronics offer the classic P.A.F. tone with sweet highs, warm lows, scooped mids, and amazing clarity. Utilizing short Alnico 2 magnets, these pickups deliver the A2 50's vintage P.A.F. pickup tone without the low end mud often associated with modern Alnico 2 humbucker pickups.
