Monarch Power P Standard

The Power P is a hot rodded version of our Monarch P Standard with its own unique style.

It features a solid Alder body and a 3-piece Maple neck under an Indian Rosewood fingerboard. The front of both the body and headstock are both have 1000v of electricity run through them, giving each individual instrument its own burn pattern along the grain lines as unique as a fingerprint. The 22-fret neck is carved to dimensions that are slightly thicker than that of our typical Monarch Standard, giving it more of a beefy 60s era feel.

The Power P's hot rodded features don't stop at just aesthetics, it's supercharged under the hood as well. In the control cavity is the brand new Fodera x Trickfish Standard Series 3-band preamp, providing the legendary Fodera power in a P model for the first time. In addition to the typical P pickup, there's a Fodera/Duncan Dual Coil pickup in the bridge position with a special pickup spacing so that when the coil tap is engaged, they function as a P/J in 60s position. 

The Power P Standard gives you the feel of a traditional P-styled bass, but with a modern dose of power and tonal flexibility, along with the ergonomics, craftsmanship, and aesthetics you've come to expect from Fodera.
