This Custom Series 5 string Elite has a hybridized body shape that adds the Garrison lower horn to the Imperial II upper body shape. Its tonewood combination is a flame Maple top over a Butternut body and Alder tone block (all 3 woods roasted) matched to a 5-piece roasted Maple neck with Wenge stringers under an Ebony fingerboard.
This custom Elite has a number of other unique features including its 30.75” scale length, 26 fret count, asymmetrical neck profile, and 16.5 mm string spacing. On the aesthetic front, the beauty of the main tonewoods is topped off with Japanese Maple dot inlays and tulips (at the 12th and 24th frets), Holly side dots, and classic-style flamed Maple butterfly and Holly “F”.
On the hardware and electronics front, this 5 string Elite is rounded out by a set of our proprietary Fodera/Duncan Dual Coil pickups, Standard Series 3-band preamp, and a DeTuner; providing the lucky owner/player of this unique build with a wide tonal pallet and array of functions to meet the demands of any gig.
